GENERAL RETURN POLICY
You may return products purchased from Queenton within 30 days. The product must be in its original packaging with all included manuals, accessories, and items from the initial shipment. The product must be in its original condition, showing no signs of use or wear.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY
If you receive a defective, damaged, non-functional, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of the product’s arrival at +86 186 8021 5697 or sales@FIBERNICE.com. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items may be designated as final sale, making them ineligible for return. These items may include products sold “as-is,” completed or ongoing IT services, software and licenses, and consumable items like batteries and ink. Items returned damaged, unsanitary, or missing major contents will not be eligible for a refund.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Manufacturer warranty may not be applicable for every product. However, we provide a 14 months warranty for products we sell.
