Overview

The SKD1709 is a high-density IP to analog RF platform that receives up to 32 IP streams over four Gigabit Ethernet ports and outputs up to 32 fully agile analog RF channels in NTSC or PAL standard. It is built as a compact 2RU box with five cooling fans and a dustproof screen, and the built-in web user interface is used for setup and maintenance.

The decoding block handles MPEG1/2/4, H.264, H.265, AVS, AVS+ and VC1 video with teletext and optional BISS decryption, then modulates the selected channels across 48 – 870 MHz at 110 dBuV on the RF port. Configuration, control and software upgrades are all performed through the browser interface, with STD, HRC and IRC channel plans supported.
