Overview
GJ.0081 is an armored cable stripping knife that slits the outer polyethylene jacket and the armor of an optical fiber cable in one operation. Its stripping outer diameter is adjustable from 8 mm to 28.6 mm and the cutting depth is 5.5 mm.
A toggle switch rotates between a longitudinal blade and a transverse blade, so the same tool makes straight slits and circular cuts. A cable guide wheel keeps the cable stable and lets the tool travel along the cable, and the blade is made of hard alloy steel with sharp edges for high efficiency cutting.
